Cryogenic Vessel is essentially a double walled cylindrical tank, annular space between inner and outer vessel is filled with insulating material and evacuated to a high vaccum to achieve minimum evaporation losses. The cold converter is fitted with pressure building arrangement with automatic pressure build - up regulator.
Design of cryogenic equipment like vessels, it is compact, sturdy and easy to operate. Top end liquid filling reduces the pressure inside the tank and pressure increases in bottom filling. Pressurizing system enables operator to increase the pressure during liquid unloading to tanks or gas line vaporizers. By regulating the opening of both top and bottom filling valves, there is no significant change of pressure during liquid delivery. This results in constant liquid supply to vaporizer.
Storage at temperature upto (-196°C) ranging from 200 ltrs to 1,50,000 ltrs with option of low and high pressure Cold converters are used to allow the supply pressure pipe line networks after gasification in atmospheric heat exchangers, storage tanks supply networks or tanks of smaller capacity for low liquid temperature directly.
Liquid Storage Vertical Tanks: The tanks are manufactured as per the requirement of international standards. Some main features of the tanks are low area requirement, simple operation, high safety and low evaporation rate.
Liquid Storage Horizontal Tanks: Our horizontal tanks are simple tube & shell structure. They do not need to replace the insulation material regularly. They are also popular for excellent insulation, small area requirement and low static evaporation.
